Fix & Finish is a home repairs and improvements business based in Warwickshire. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it, in line with UK GDPR.

- The jobs you select and any details or notes you send us
- The appointment slot you choose
Why we use it
Solely to quote for your job, confirm your appointment, carry out the work and keep a record of it. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Who can see it
Only Michael and Ben, through a password-protected admin area. Booking records are stored securely by our hosting and database provider on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months. Records relating to completed and invoiced work are kept for 6 years to meet UK tax and accounting requirements.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just call or WhatsApp us on 07827 914 690 and we'll sort it.
